Our Team

Robert Hughes - President - Bob has been servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems for over 30 years and has developed many long lasting relationships with his clients. He is an active parishioner at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Doylestown and a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernian Organization.

Chris Hughes - Vice President - Chris has been working for Hughes Heating and Cooling  for over 10 years following in his fathers footsteps. Wearing many hats over the years, Chris always provides outstanding customer service to our clients in addition to becoming a highly valued technician to the company.

Nicholas Furey - Service Technician- Nick has had a great work ethic since day one! Balancing the high demand of the heating and cooling industry while finding time to volunteer firefight in his free time there is no question he is a valuable asset to our company. We are extremely impressed with attention to detail and how well he treats our customers. If you have had Nick as your service technician you know what we are talking about.

Nicholas Helsel - Service Technician- Nick started his career in HVAC at a young age following in his fathers footsteps and learning the ropes. When his father decided to retire he found his way to our team as service technician. With his great work ethic instilled and passion for solving problems we knew he would be a great addition to our team. 

Michael Koelzer - Lead Installation Technician- Mike has been working in the HVAC industry for over 15 years and in his free time spends his summers down the shore with his wife and daughters.  As our lead Instillation technician he is also a very knowledgeable service technician as well. You can rest easy knowing Mike will provide you with A+ service every time.

Joseph Campbell - Installation Technician- Joey started his HVAC career here at Hughes Heating and Cooling in July 2024. He has spent his time here learning from our experienced technicians every chance he gets. Bringing his great attitude to any task big or small, we look forward to a bright future with him as a key part to our team.
